It is not recommended that you delete a problem report. Known limitation: Deleting the problem report does not delete the problematic (ill-formed) environment.
If you delete a problem report from Problems, the problematic environment that caused the problem report will no longer appear in Problems, unless you change it and it continues to be ill-formed. The environment remains problematic until you delete it or correct the problem. Then, the problem report is automatically removed from Problems.
If you are sure you want to delete a problem report, do the following steps:
In the Navigation Pane, click Grammar, and then click Problems.
In the Records pane, select the problematic environment that has the report you will delete.
Do one of the following:
On the Standard
toolbar, click .
On the Edit menu, click Delete Problem Report.
The Delete Problem Report warning box appears.
Click Delete.
The selected problem report is deleted, not the problematic environment.
You can view the problem in an information box even after you delete the problem report from Problems.
