In FLEx, complex forms are lexical entries that reference other entries as components and reference an item from the Complex Form Types list.
About entry types gives brief linguistic descriptions of the types. Add a lexical subentry describes them complex form in Lexicon.
In the Complex Form Types list, you can insert new types or subtypes.
In Lexicon Edit, you can create an entry that is a complex form or change an existing entry to be a complex form.
When you use the Configure Dictionary dialog box, you configure entries that are complex forms in various places.

Reversal Indexes is similar. Classified Dictionary is less similar because the list of fields is less hierarchical.
