TipYou can specify that the spelling of the wordform (word) is correct or incorrect, or that you are undecided. Only words with spelling status set to Correct are included in the vernacular spelling dictionary.
If the word is not already displayed in the Wordform Analyses pane, do one of the following:
Right-click an occurrence of the word, and then click Show in Word Analyses.
In the Navigation Pane, click Texts & Words, and then click Word Analyses. Then, click the word in the Wordforms pane.
On the Tools menu, point to Spelling, and then click View Incorrect Words in Use. Then, click the word in the Wordforms pane.
In the Spelling Status field, select Correct, Incorrect or Undecided.
TipThe context-sensitive menu command Show in Word Analyses is available in many places. Examples include any Baseline tab or word focus box, and columnar views such as Bulk Edit Wordforms.
From Lexicon, use Show <item> in Concordance to initially show it in a word focus box in the Concordance.
