For each open window, you can resize (change the size of) the entire window, or the width of individual panes. In some cases, such as the Dictionary Preview pane in the Lexicon Edit tool, or the Reversals pane in Reversal Indexes, you can change the vertical height of the pane.
To change the size of an entire open window, do the following:
If the window is maximized in the display screen, click the Restore Down button at the top right corner of the window.
Then, click and drag the lower-right corner of the status bar until the window is at the desired size.
To change the width or height of an individual pane, do the following:
Hover the mouse pointer over a line between the panes until the pointer becomes two lines with outward pointing arrows, such as or
. Then, click and hold the mouse button, and drag that edge until the pane has the desired width or height.
If the width or height of the pane becomes small enough, the program automatically collapses the window and displays a green arrow, such as or
.
Click the green arrow to restore the pane to the previous width or height.
