Find a string of characters (a character, morpheme, word, and so on)

Ctrl+Shift+F
(in Dictionary, Classified Dictionary, or Reversal Indexes)

Replace a string of characters (a character, morpheme, word, and so on)

Ctrl+H

Insert a new entry

Ctrl+E

Move to the first entry
 (focus in Entries pane)

Ctrl+Home

Move to the previous entry
 (focus in Entries pane)

Alt+P

Move to the next entry
 (focus in Entries pane)

Alt+N

Move to the last entry
 (focus in Entries pane)

Ctrl+End

Move focus into a list and then select an item in a list (for fields with a down arrow, such as the Grammatical Info in Sense 1, Sense 2, and so on in a lexical entry).

Tab or Shift+Tab to move the focus into the field, and then type the first letter of the desired list item to select it. Use Tab or Shift+Tab to leave the field.

Or

Tab or Shift+Tab to move the focus into the field, and then press the Spacebar (or Alt+Down Arrow) to open the list.

Then, use the Up/Down Arrow keys to move focus to an adjacent list item, and then press Enter to close the list.

Tab into (or click) the box, and then press the first letter of the desired list item, or press Up Arrow or the Down Arrow to scroll through the list.

Refresh the window

F5

Tab into (or click) the box, and then press Alt+Down Arrow.

Use an ellipsis button open a dialog box

Tab onto the desired ellipsis button, and then press Enter.
