In the Navigation Pane, click Lexicon, and then click Reversal Indexes.
Click the menu button 
(Information bar), and then select the reversal index in which you will insert a reversal entry.
Do one of the following:

On the Insert toolbar, click

On the Insert menu, click Reversal Entry.
In the Reversal Entry pane, do the following:

In the Reversal Form field, type the form.

In the Reversal Category field, choose the category for the reversal entry.

In the Referenced Senses field, add a sense to the reversal entry.
